If fraudulent acts (such as fraud, theft, or resale) by the user are discovered, we will promptly report the case to the police.

If the user fails to return the product after the rental period ends, we will take appropriate actions, including reporting the case to the police, sending a legal warning letter through our lawyer, and initiating civil litigation if necessary.

If fraudulent acts by the user are discovered, we will provide user information, rental contract details, product serial numbers, and other necessary information to the police or courts for investigation or litigation.
